Payment Options We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard credit cards. Shipping All orders in the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Delivery Times We normally ship orders within two business days. However, if an item is out of stock, delivery time will vary depending on the article and we will notify you either by email or phone with an estimated delivery time. Back-Ordered Items Since we carry a large selection of product, items sometimes are temporarily unavailable. We will make every effort to get back-ordered products back into inventory as soon as possible. We will notify you of a back-ordered item by email or phone with an estimated delivery time. Return Policy At Borchardt field, LLC your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns, exchanges and full credit for any products that are returned to us with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase, (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Items that have been washed, worn or damaged in any way after receipt, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. To return or exchange a product, include your invoice/receipt along with a note indicating your wishes and ship it via UPS, FEDEX or Certified Mail to: Borchardt Field, LLC, 3055 E. Emily Avenue, Oak Creek, WI 53154 Please note that Borchardt Field, LLC cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange. Be sure to retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Package your product carefully when shipping. It is best to use the original packaging whenever possible. Caps returned to us in any packaging other than a box will not be accepted. Pricing Policy Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference: you will only be charged the amount you agree to pay when you place your order.
