Payment

Your credit card is charged when the spey flies are tied and ready to mail. The current approximate shipping time is outlined in the Fly Shop under Spey Flies.

Prices on our site are listed in US American dollars for the convenience of our customers. Order totals will be converted to the equivalent in Canadian funds when we process the order.

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, money order, or personal cheque. The 3 easy steps of the order process are at the bottom of this page.

Security

We know that security is very important to our clients. As such we use SSL (an Internet standard) to protect our clients when they make payments through our store. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data.

Shipping

All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Orders shipped to Canadian destinations are sent ExpressPost (Canada Post).

Orders shipped to U.S. destinations are sent Air Mail Small Packet(via Canada Post).

International orders are shipped as Air Mail Small Packets (Canada Post). Shipping costs are different for each country; therefore, once we receive an order, we will send you an e-mail advising of the shipping cost that will be added to the order.

DVD Shipping Costs

The shopping cart is defaulted at a flat rate per prov/state. If you are ordering just a DVD then we will adjust the S&H fee once we receive your order to the reduced amount of $4.95 for US/Cdn orders and $6.00 for International orders.

"The 3 Steps of The Order Process"

1. Add the items you wish to buy into the Shopping Cart. Then click the 'Place Order Now' button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

2. Fill out your Shipping Information and hit "Continue".

3. This takes you to the "Method of Payment" page. Select one:

• Visa or Master Card - enter your card information and have the order processed via Secure Web.
• Mail - print and mail the order form to us and pay by Visa, Master Card, cheque or money order.
• Phone - print the order form for your records, then call us with your order and credit card information.
• Call back - just fill out your phone number and a convenient time so that we can call you to get your order and credit card information.

That's it - your order is completed!
