We allow returns and full refunds for any unopened or defective products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on opened and/or used products, however since our customers satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly exchange products that you are not satisfied with for other products that we sell. Products for exchange must also be returned to us, shipping paid (both ways), within 30 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply please read below!

Funkyleaf.com will not repair, exchange or refund any digital scales, All digital scale sales are final. Most digital scales are covered against defects in material & wormanship. Defective scales, must be returned to its respective manufacturer for repair.

-Mushroom products
Since mushrooms are a living species & and are subject to many variations beyond our control, we will not exchange or refund mushroom products. All sale of mushroom products are final. So please order accordingly.

-Adult Novelties
For hygenic reasons, our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to this category of products.
